Founded in 1961 by John Galardi with a single location in Southern California, Wienerschnitzel has grown to be the world’s largest hot dog chain serving more than 120 million hot dogs a year. They are poised for growth and nothing’s going to stop them – including long lead times from the “other guys”!
When they were told 12 weeks delivery after track install – L2 Specialties got the call and with our partner Moderco responded. One week later, we had a track and structural solution installing. With our dedicated project managers – we were able to focus on pushing the drawings and submittals through and exceeding the client’s needs. Interior Architects designed the project beautifully and T and R Enterprises brought the project together as GC. The project was delivered, ahead of schedule so the franchisees could begin training to deliver Chili Dogs and Tastee Freeze to the masses!
